We want to make the health check, quarterly review and licence management service process as painless and straight forward as possible for you. To provide our services, we assess a range of information that we will ask you to provide, but we are entirely flexible on how you provide us with this information.
- We are happy to accept copies of you previous GC regulatory return submissions, and will extract the relevant information ourselves;
- Some clients prefer to submit information on the easy to use data submission form that we will forward once you commission us to undertake the review;
- Or just speak to us, and we will always try to be as flexible as we possibly can to identify and extract the information from your systems.
Of course, we may ask questions or require further information, but we will strive to work with you to ensure that all interactions fit in with your busy schedule, and we will be straight forward, honest and to the point in all our communications with you.
Once a review has been conducted, we will provide a summary report within an agreed timescale – in many cases this will be within 10 working days of the data being submitted – that provides assurance that the licence you hold is appropriate for the activities you provide. This independently verified confirmation statement can be used to confirm regulatory compliance to auditors, funders or interested parties. Our licence management service also provides a periodic report and independent confirmation of licence appropriateness, as well as further engagement with the GC, with auditors or with interested parties if required.
